Production-grade engineering for founders who need to ship. We combine 40 years of hardware and software expertise with modern agentic tooling to get you to market.
"The best infrastructure investments feel 18-24 months too early. We've spent four decades learning to tell 'too early' from 'wrong.'"
Ideas become obvious in hindsight. We invest when they're still hard to see—then deploy forty years of engineering experience to prove them out alongside founders. Capital plus code, from day one.
We measure success in decades, not quarters. Building enduring companies takes time we're willing to give.
More than investors, we're builders. We provide capital and deploy engineering resources to accelerate your vision to market.
The Original Multi-Agent Platform
The future of AI isn't chatbots—it's agentic systems. Autonomous systems that reason, decide, and execute without constant human oversight.
Agent Launch is our first venture in the AI agent space—building the infrastructure layer that makes agent deployment accessible to every enterprise. Not demos. Not prototypes. Production systems that handle real workloads.
"Four decades of building hardware and software—from early ISPs to billion-dollar logistics platforms. Now we're applying that pattern recognition to AI agents." — Mike Kramer, Founder
We're actively investing in founders with a vision. Providing capital and the engineering expertise to bring their vision to market. Apply to join our portfolio.
Founder & Managing Partner
Since 1983, I've been in the trenches—designing circuits, architecting systems, shipping hardware and software, debugging at 3 AM, and delivering solutions that work. The company name came from my rock band "Right Angles" in the early '80s—a double entendre I still love.
I built one of the first Internet Service Providers in the US. I hold 4 US patents in electric motor technology. I architected LADWP.com serving 3+ million users. Through our sister company Kramer Logistics Inc., I contributed to Bird Inc.'s billion-dollar valuation. Enterprise clients have included IBM, AT&T, the US Department of Defense, and government agencies from LA to Alaska.
What makes me different: I do both hardware AND software. From soldering irons to AWS. Firmware to full-stack. COBOL mainframe modernization to IoT embedded systems. Now I'm turning four decades of that experience into something new: partnering with visionary founders as both investor and engineering collaborator—helping them build products faster and scale smarter.
We fund and build alongside founders solving complex problems. If you're working in AI, infrastructure, or deep tech—and you want partners who can write checks and write code—let's talk.
